In that role he worked with senior leaders across Labor, Treasury, Health and Human Services, Congress, and the White House on employee benefits policy. He has also held senior roles at Willis Towers Watson, Buck Consultants, and KPMG.
He is the author of several nationally recognized legal treatises on health, retirement, data privacy, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, and was cited by the California Supreme Court as a national authority on employee benefits.
